Should all tracks that NASCAR races at put lights up, even temporary lighting?
This way they can race at night if it rains all day and NASCAR takes too long to dry the track.

That isn't going to work, what happens if the rain is continuous. Seems like a waste of electricity. You saw what happened at Auto Club Speedway when it was raining over 2 years ago and they didn't clean the track properly and cars were sliding across
